BENNETT KLEINBERG

President and CEO

Bennett Kleinberg is a highly accomplished marketing professional with a focus on developing multi-platform communications programs that drive business, enhance reputation and build community. His passion for corporate storytelling leverages media relations, online marketing, and thought leadership to deliver powerful results for clients across multiple industry sectors.

Throughout his career, Bennett has held a broad range of corporate and senior level agency positions working with Fortune 500 corporations, global professional service firms, public interest groups, internationally known creative talent, consumer brands, and emerging technologies.

Prior to launching Jupiter Strategies, Bennett was the US Director of Communications for Dentons, the world’s largest law firm. Working closely with firm leadership, Bennett significantly expanded the firm’s communications and business development efforts to build a cohesive communications strategy supporting business development, recruitment and employee engagement. In addition, Bennett developed and ran the firm’s first multi-platform social media program, as well as overseeing all media relations and external communications efforts for each of the firm’s 24 domestic offices.

As a Vice President with Goodman Media International for more than a decade, Bennett led the firm’s professional services, crisis, and litigation support practice groups where he helped shape the positioning and external relations programs for a broad spectrum of clients including national media organizations, law firms, and consumer electronics manufacturers. In addition, Bennett led the firm’s Media and Spokesperson Training Program and conducted more than 100 individual coaching sessions with executives and thought leaders.

Earlier in his career, Bennett held multiple senior positions with Edelman Worldwide; Clear Channel Entertainment (now LiveNation); SPIN Magazine; and Digital Club Network, a pioneering online music company.


Bennett began his career as a music publicist for Michael Jackson's 1992 “Dangerous World Tour,” which traveled throughout Europe and Japan, as well as the Rolling Stones’ 1989 “Steel Wheels” Tour, which continues to rank among the highest grossing concert events of all time.


Bennett holds an M.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications from New York University and a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.  He has also studied Middle Eastern politics, culture and history at Tel-Aviv University.
